ⓘ
Match the full contact part number before crimping. Tool selector settings and turret positions must come from the applicable setup data.
RF CONNECTORS / COAX & SMA
A precise connection.
Find your connector. Match your cable. Build with the right tools.

Connector coverage reviewed entries
Reviewed SMA and TNC combinations are listed below. Coverage is not exhaustive. entries have tooling results; are held for review. Drawing-only evidence, historical revisions and dimensional tool matches are labeled. The separate catalog index contains part-number mentions; these are source-navigation aids, not additional verified combinations. Last research review: 23 September 2026.
Open research gaps
PE4003 has conflicting ferrule sizes and center-contact methods across revisions. TE 408-4661 optional center-contact crimp tooling remains unresolved; its solder-center route is available. PE44637, PE44639 and PE4002 still need full assembly instructions. Catalog-only parts require individual drawing and tooling review.
WIRE TERMINATION / MOLEX
Build the complete connection.
Identify the terminal. Match the wire. Follow the documented tooling setup.

Molex coverage terminals · housings
Selected manufacturer tooling sheets reviewed individually. This is not the complete Molex catalog. Housing results list reviewed terminal choices, which may be a subset of all compatible terminals. Source revisions and historical tooling are labeled.

LEMO coverage reviewed parts
Exact reviewed part numbers are listed below. Coverage is not the full LEMO catalog. An unlisted suffix does not inherit a similar connector’s tooling or preparation dimensions.

01
Read the color bands
The three bands represent the three-digit BIN at the end of an M39029 contact part number. Read band 1 at the wire-barrel end, then toward the mating end.
Some larger contacts use a stamped BIN. Use the part number / BIN tab for these.
Wire size filters the contact's listed range. The chart does not provide wire-specific selector settings, turret color positions, strip lengths, or inspection limits. Those are not inferred here.
Coax, triax, twinax, shielded, thermocouple and wire-wrap contacts are outside this power-contact dataset.
03
Before you crimp
Confirm the full contact part number and connector family.
Choose one complete crimp-tool and accessory set.
Use the applicable approved instruction for wire preparation, selector setting and turret position.
Check tool condition and calibration status; perform required inspection and verification.
Color bands identify the contact. They are not the crimp-tool selector setting.
